Fun day today with repeat clients Devin and Andy. We looked for bait that was tough with the swell but we started kicking flyers in 50ft and then saw some frigates dipping. We stared trolling around 8 and fished till 10 going 0-2 on Sailfish and catching 4-6 mahi mahi with 3 gaffers, we also caught a nice Kingfish. The frenzy let up I pushed offshore and we caught a pair of mahis in 135ft and we quit trolling at 11 and went bottom fishing. Took a while to find decent conditions marking a lot of sediment, south tide on bottom and cool leads. But we caught a nice snapper, 3 rudderfish, a jack and a nice Gag Grouper. At 2:30 we went back to trolling for 40 minutes and caught 1-2 mahis and called it a day.
