Fished a 1/2 day with David and family for David’s graduation gift. Goal was sailfish and mahi. We checked that off the list before the weather caved in and chased us home. David release his first sailfish with a Billfish Foundation tag, he also caught his first mahi mahi and a hammerhead shark. Unfortunately we were faked out by the weather and NOAA marine warning of high winds, lightning and water spouts. Better safe then sorry. Congrats on your first sailfish and mahi mahi for dinner. Nice hammerhead shark too. Some good sailfish action going on hope to tangle with some more tomorrow.
