1/2 day this morning with Roland and John and their boys Nolan and Zane. We caught some nice vermillion early and then switched gears. The rest of the morning with the exception of the last spot and the last 1/2 hour was a challenge at best. We had 1 bites bump trolling fish came off. We found a big log loaded with bait and 1 undersized mahi which we released. We fished 7 bottom spots Inshore with south tide or no tide and only caught 1 lane snapper. The last spot we tried we caught a couple trigger fish, a sea bass, a few more vermillion snapper, and a undersized cobia. I rescheduled my afternoon trip prior to our last spots burst of success. Hoping for better conditions tomorrow.
