Fished an abbreviated 3/4 day today with regular customer Bret Allan and his buddies. We started our kite fishing and had some bonito and kingfish action but no sailfish or mahi mahi. When the wind slacked I decided to go bottom fishing. The guys kept 15 vermillion Snapper and released another 9 snapper. They also caught 3 Amberjacks and lost a couple fish in the bottom and to sharks and porpoise as well. We ran in an hour early to beat the storms and got cleaned up just in time for the lighting and heavy rain. The guys went home with two solid bags of fish for a couple weeks worth of dinner.
